The Pattern Play Collection
Oh my! Have you seen my new cushion range? I’m simply crazy about these screen printed cushions, that have been a work in progress for such a long time.
Inspired by geometrics and touch of all things extravagant, the Pattern Play Collection will take you on a luxurious journey, bringing you texture and embellishments for the modern home.
Available in three different colour ways – Fuchsia, Baby Pink and Copper, trimmed with a touch of opulence and complemented with beautifully soft handloom fabric collected from one of my many trips to Sri Lanka – each cushion is truly one-of-a-kind and limited edition.
Rich, feminine and copper tones create the unique and stylish Pattern Play range!

New addition to the kids range...
I'm SO excited to introduce a NEW addition to the kids range...
I'm still a little babushka crazy and I kinda think I'm still a child at heart, with my love of all things playful and fun.
So here we go with Sweet Babushka – screen printed on 100% linen in five bright colourways called Scarlet, Lagoon Blue, Plum, Spring Green and Onyx. I love it to bits!

Take a look at the colourful colours. Isn’t this kids’ cushion just too cute?

Love of all things homely
I'm a big supporter of Australian design and there is some amazing talent out there, so it was easy for me to accept the challenge to find Australian and New Zealand designed homewares and create a mood board for Winkelens instagram competition #createamoodboard
It gives me a smile to find beautiful homewares right under my nose, and shopping locally means you are supporting makers and crafters in our own backyard and helping them to have a better life and to grow their business – I know, I'm one of those makers!
To buy these lovely finds see below, but if you would like to see more, check out my pinterest board here.
Top left to right - Recycled Timber Three Drawer by The Family Love Tree $1095 | Grapefruit Cushion by Jennifer + Smith $115+ | Aztec Tea Towel Neon Pink by On the Sly $29.95
Middle left to right - Sleepy Cat Pillowcase by Homely Creatures $29.95 | Organic Cotton Royal Buntings Duvet Cover & Pillowcase by Little Red Cow $60 | Geo Pouch Copper by Leaf Street $34.95+
Bottom left to right - Skyline Bag by Squeak Design $229 | Jai Vasicek Geo Orange Mini Cross by Ahoy Trader $65 | Moonshine Recycled Cotton & Jute Rug by RAW Sunshine Coast $159

Pillow bliss
My sewing machine have been whirring around here, as I build up stock of my new cushions in the Blossom fabric in a brand new colourway! Think warm summery days, icy-poles, and juicy watermelon.
There's various sizes available and if you don't find the size you want, let me know and I'll see what I can do. The cushion inserts are also available separately. They are eco-friendly, washable and non-allergenic. Made from 100% recycled drink bottles, each kilo of filling saves around 70 bottles from landfill which make me feel good!
Shop here at littlemissgee
And also available on etsy, madeit and down that little lane

Pinterest food I've actually made
As I've mentioned before, Pinterest is fun. And addictive. And pretty, oh so pretty. Everything just looks so appealing, so mouth-watering and so effortless. But I need to actually try out the recipes I find there instead of simply drooling over them.
I try really, really hard to only pin recipes that are genuinely nutritious and vegetarian. Being a busy girl, my cooking routine needs to be quick and simple. And because my day consists of sitting at a desk, I want my meals to be healthy. I've also eliminated meat from my cooking, so I'm a 'vegetarian wannabe!'. I have supplied lunches at work, so I can't avoid meat entirely (they are free so give the girl a break!)
This is a collection of my very favorite Pinterest recipes from my Glorious Food board. I've experimented with various raw recipes, baked numerous gluten free cakes and made some amazing superfood salads. These recipes have been tried and tested, although may not look the same when I have cooked them, but I promise you, will taste just as glorious as the Pinterest image suggests.
Gluten Free Sweet Potato, Coconut and Chai Loaf
Cauliflower Rice Veggie Lettuce Cups with Sriracha Peanut Sauce
Pomegranate, Kale, and Wild Rice Salad with Walnuts and Feta
Masala Chai Apple Cake
West African Peanut Soup

What's new on my website
Hello!
I've sadly been neglecting this little blog the past few months while away chasing the sun, plus new business dreams. For this I apologise.
Recently while chatting about the lack of progress with my dreams, someone asked me, what's stopping you? And I realised the answer was me. I was the one holding myself back, no one else. Of course I blamed it on time and money, but that's not really a good enough excuse anymore. (I've been using that excuse for far too long now). It was time for me to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk.
So today I'm thrilled to announce, after months of late nights, teaching myself html and css, causing a constant tightness in my shoulders from too much computer work, my little miss gee website has a new facelift, and most importantly includes an online store!
If you haven’t visited yet, happy shopping at the new little miss gee site. You gotta, it’s more than nice...
