Easter's on its way!

Along with Easter, comes the beginning of Autumn. The cooler nights, longer days and the changing colour of the leaves... the smell of autumn is in the air... And with only 1 week to go, Easter's on its way.

So my Easter gift guide is here! I have gathered some pretty sweet easter finds from both Australia and around the world.  My favourite is the cute Mossy Rabbit but make sure you check out the gorgeous Beatrix Potter Benjamin Bunny and Peter Rabbit Girls Dress with it's beautiful illustrated fabric. Enjoy!

My creative space - Silk scarves

A little while ago, I shared with you some new illustrations for fabric that I was working on. Two very similar patterns, which I used to make a beautiful camera strap for my DSLR.

Both patterns were designed to match a beautiful watermelon coloured cocktail dress which I was wearing to a wedding in France, and after making one strap, and putting it through a rugged test drive through Europe for a couple of months, it passed the test and I still absolutely love it....

So successful was this idea, and with so much positive feedback from my friends, I now make and sell them in my little miss gee store online. Unfortunately for you, but fortunately for me, they sell out as quick as I make them, but check my shop often as I'm always making more...

You can also purchase both designs, Bloom and Sunset Bloom, online from Spoonflower in nine different types of fabric. I recommend the absolutely lovely Silk Crepe de Chine, which is used here.
